Abstract
Image super-resolution technique is one of the main directions of maintaining high quality images. Improving and updating hardware can increase the resolution of SAR images effectively. Due to the limitations of high cost, long development cycles and techniques level for the hardware, Investigating SAR images super-resolution technique by signal processing method has important theoretical and practical significance.Relying on mathematical theories and methods, this paper investigates a new method of SAR images super-resolution processing based on the partial differential equation.The contributions of this paper are listed as follows:From the view of prior information of optics image, this paper deducts the method of optics images super-resolution based on partial differential equation model, and analyses the performance of the model. In order to preventing the fattening of bright spots or linear structures, this paper presents a super-resolution algorithm based on P-M diffusion, The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of our method : the improvement of PSNR is 0.85dB averagely, and the quality of the image is also enhanced.Through comparing the result image and the low-quality images, we find that there is some high frequency information of images is removed after super-resolution, so this paper uses iterative regularization methods to solve the problem, which add removed high frequency information to the model in every iteration. The experiments show that the removed high frequency information can be resumed after iterative regularization, and PSNR is improved.From the view of prior information of SAR image, this paper deducts the method of SAR images super-resolution based on partial differential equation model, the experiments show that our method can effiently enhance the resolution of SAR image.
