Abstract


With the rapid development of the Internet industry, the existing distribution system of Chongqing Online can not meet the future development of Chongqing hot trend. Compared to the same portal as well as many local websites, in order to enhance the core competitiveness, protect the healthy growth of the site, and further expansion of the service, so the new content management platform is established to replace the existing distribution system in Chongqing Online by setting up effective content acquisition, creation, storage, management, publishing, retrieval, and services. Based on the current site content management status and development trend, combined with the actual conditions and future needs of Chongqing Online, the establishment of content management system has been in-depth researched.This thesis is designed and implemented a web content management platform of Chongqing Hotline. With the advanced management methods and technology combining WEB applications and content management, the comprehensive platform uses B/S architecture, as a whole with dynamic, real-time, interactive, collaborative features, to control and distribute all the front content of the website.The research object of this thesis is the development process of software engineering, and the Chongqing Online Web Content Management platform has been discussed in detail from requirements analysis to design implementation. Using experimental methods and action research studies, project team, project members organized a comprehensive and systematic research and analysis.The developed content management platform has been officially applied, comparing to the previous system,the new one improves the efficiency in developing, editing and maintaining. Meanwhile, the expanding of the diversity of information content has been effectively supported and meets the requirements of new Chongqing Online. The new platform is very important for Chongqing Online to expand the service-oriented applications.
