Abstract


The place of Kuerle is an important place in traffic and also the longest distance of South-Xinjiang railway, which places a very important role of the traffic transportation of North-Xinjiang and South-Xinjiang. In recent years, with the development of the informationization, an own net was made in this place. But it was just normal platform and there is still a long distance to achieve informationization totally. So it’s a great significance to achieve informationization both internally and externally by efficient management of this platform.Based on the above situation and pratical requirments of Kuerle work place,this system has been developed. First of all, the paper analyse the current situation of the office antomation, and through a lot of researches which are based on the vacious types of information as well as the analyse on the business process and dataflow,the paper illustrates the problems to be solved in this process,design methods and means of implementation.In addition,it makes a comparation between client/server mode and browser/server mode to explain that this system adopts the combination of B/S mode and C/S mode to achieve the integrated office system in Kuerle work place. Second of all, according to the integrated business feature and office information flow, the working process of this system comes down to : the document realization of flow, file cabinets, materials, bridge technology, archives, human resources, engineering units, and other leading policy-making. Moreover, the use of software engineering approach as well as other works such as the system requirements, preliminary design and data design helps to identify the functions requirements to release management, foreign office management, leadership design-making management, basic business management and other modules. Finally, this paper mainly adopts the ASP.NET as a front development tools and SQL server 2003 as the background database. In addition, it gives a more detail discussion on the realization of document flow, duty management, system security which are based on the workflow.In addition, this system also used software engineering method to do the systematic needs analysis, outline design, data design and other work..
