Abstract


As the most popular communication facility, the cell phone has already become a necessary in people’s daily life. It has strongly developed in the past few years. The dual card dual standby cell phone develops under this background. It designs based on user’s needs which bring convenience to people.Firstly, the developing situation of telecommunication both in domestic and foreign is introduced, and the relevant technologies for cell phone is analyzed. Secondly, the system structure of the phone is proposed, and software scheme about dual card dual standby phone which base on MTK platform is designed. Thirdly, all the driver programmes of the periphery equipments is realized, including GPIO setting and function, LCD driver, camera driver, dual bluetooth and so on. Especially, the quality of communication is enhanced by adapting both AT command and I/O communication, which improve the communication method of bi-system. Tradional PCM audio signal switch is replaced by analog audio signal MIC/REC signal switch, which save some component include Digital/analog audio codec and so on. Finally, the function tests and stability tests are introduced for the cell phone, the results show that the design objective has been achieved successfully.
