Abstract


SharePoint is a Windows-based web development platform. More and more companies and IT organizations have been accepted its versatility and perfection of the development process, SharePoint is become the preferred Web building platform of the power level enterprise portal. However, due to the short period of its development and limitations of emerging technologies, therefore, traditional web develop methods and large number of formed templates, programs can not be directly applied to the SharePoint development based site instance.Based on the Web platform development theories and methods, this paper compared two popular platform related technology, combine Microsoft Web development experience, summarized and analyzed the features of site migration’s three modes, designed site rework project plan and detailed implementation steps for the specific MSpolicy site project. Analysis all the issues which may be happened in implementation process, finally, after the success of site migration, we do some UI optimization with new site.The research of website development technology has been focus spot of Web development, let the specific site development project MSpolicy for example, in this paper we describes a set of project workflow from design to completion of entire development process, provides a reference model for enterprise portal development, particularly under the Windows platform.
