Abstract


Because of China’s information industry of macroeconomic policy regulation, the competition mechanism was introduced, Telecommunications Network must also transfer consists of a single forms to the market. So the telecom network will have to put the business as their core competitive power. The traditional telecom network management system has exposed more shorts. Such as due to a lack of information communication, which can’t carry on the level of scheduling, the integration of heterogeneous environment and access are still existed some shortage. In order to solve the telecom network management system can be the integration and expansibility, a comprehensive network management system based on SOA has been proposed. The system employing the distributed object technology has a lot of advantages, comparing the conventional TMN. The studies have been shown that the system structure of SOA can be reflected to the information system structure of TMN. By using the technology of the new network management system, can provide the service provider network performance data and alarm information data and relevant configuration data services in the nets can be shown comprehensive at the network management platform in unified form. At the same time, based on standard and SOA is loose coupling. So based on SOA comprehensive network management has the very strong extensive capacity and integration.In the study, the new comprehensive network management system has successfully realized. The process of concrete research are as follows: First, abstract simulation different management center ( the different cities) of telecom infrastructure for various web services; Secondly, corresponding on the Web Service according to the different additional pre-equipment; Finally, combing the data from multiple sources together with the processed data by using the alienation Web Service and the ReadXML method of DataSet objective, the data can be shown on the network management platform in the unified report form and the principal function of the network management can be realized. The results has shown that the system based on SOA can satisfy well the requirement of the telecom network different manufacturers to network and heterogeneous environment and multi-management, which support the effective integration of different network management system with the loose coupling mode.This distributed comprehensive network management system can be proposed according to the study. Especially, the SOA itself characteristics (such as integration, expansibility, reusability) in the telecommunications comprehensive network management plays an important role. In addition, this research has used the asynchronous calls and cache technology. The analysis show that the system’s performance has greatly improve when using asynchronous calls and cache technology.
