Abstract


Along with the vigorous development of the aviation industry, the pilots become important, scarce resources. In order to alleviate the shortage state of the pilot, it is need to quickly train a large number of skillful pilots. But this is the guarantee on the premise of training quality. In order to improve the efficiency of management of the pilot, improved management mode, reduce the management cost, improve decision-making efficiency, we must take information means reasonablely to cultivate the pilot. This is the key to promote the aviation industry development. And it is the flight training colleges need to face a major issue. So to establish a scientific flying cadets’information management system has a very important meaning for more intelligent and scientific management of flying cadets.Firstly the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, the method and technology of system development, and related technology such as .net, SQL Server which are needed by subject research. Then, based on deep research of the system structure of the flying cadets’information management system (FCMIS), author has analyzed and researched the status of flying cadets training and management and the problems in that. In the light of these problems, with the current system of advantages and disadvantages, the actual demands of flights are analyzed in this paper. According to demand analysis and system planning, the overall design of the system has beed done. Meanwhile, the database and function module has been designed in this paper. Then, the author expounds the realization of process of a part of system functions. The key sources and using processes are gave partly. According to the theory of software testing, the author designed test scheme and created the test environment to test the functions of the FCMIS. The test results show that both the functions and performance of this system are all up to the requirements of the design target.Making Microsoft SQL SERVER 2005 as database system, in Microsoft Visual Studio integration development platform, the paper takes the C# to develop the FCMIS. From the standpoints of the executives (faculty) and object (students) of information management, the paper designed the FCMIS which can meet he two information management needs. This system can solve the defects of traditional flying cadets information management model. This system can promptly and accurately provide a lot of informations for faculty and students that are flight time, task and scores of flying cadets and so on. The management functions such as inquiry, modify and etc. are also realized in the FCMIS. The system can the demands of management of flying cadets’information, and achieves the expected goal.
