Abstract


With the development of market economy, mastering customers’information has become an inevitable trend in the development of clothing enterprises. The enterprises have been lead to transfer from“products as the center”to“customers as the center”by the increasing uncertainty customers’information and the trend of gradually enhancing products’diversification. To manage the customers’information validly is the enterprises’important way to know customers’information better and enhance informatization level. But, the enterprises’customer information management is at the beginning stage; and, also the customers’information isn’t used validly.The clothing enterprises’customer information management system was developed combining the design parameters and information management. The design parameters are concerned in this system, and the customers buy function is aslo integrated. The system has completely changed the original in dealing with the information management existing in the manual recording and other shortcomings. It is important to enhance the management level and competitive power and analysis customer potential demand effectively.The management of customers’information and design parameters is investigated first. The clothing enterprises’customer information management system is developed based on .Net platform which combine with actual needs of enterprise development. SQL SERVER 2005 is used in database design. And the store produce is provided to connect with database efficient. The system has friendly interface and easily operation. All the functions that the enterprise needed are achieved. And , the system used in the clothing enterprise has reached the better effect.
