Abstract

Weaponry preferred in the marine environment is an important part of modern marine battlefield , is an important part of the preparatory work of the entire marine operations , and provide decision support for the enactment of the battle plan . Due to the vagueness of the complexity of the marine environment , uncertainty and human decision-making , the people in the decision-making information is given is often not represented to accurately value , and more inclined to use interval numbers or linguistic form to describe . The paper focuses on multi-attribute decision theory methods to solve the problems of the marine environment weaponry preferred the use of uncertain information . First , consider the decision information given in the form of interval numbers , the problem is transformed into the interval multi - attribute decision problems , and make improvements to the existing range of multi- attribute decision-making method is proposed for a single decision-makers involved in the marine environment and equipment preferred a minimized optimization model based on subjective preferences and objective property value re uncertain weaponry preferred elements of the right for the marine environment provides a viable solution . Subsequently, the paper focuses on the preferred solution to the problem more than the decision-makers involved in the marine environment equipment . First, to expand the representation of information for decision-making , containing determine numerical , interval numbers and language assessment in the form of decision-making information interval digital conversion processing method , in turn, can use the method above single decision-maker on the individual decision-makers information for decision-making under the equipment collection preferred sort . Second, the AHP to determine the weights of decision makers and define the ranking space and rank vector , to convert equipment under the various decision-makers preferred sort results ranking equipment at all decision-makers , vector represented as ranking . Finally, the ranking weighted geometric averaging operator the sub RWGA to assemble the equipment ranking vector , to arrive at the final ranking results weaponry . This method can be a good integration of information for decision-making of individual decision makers , is conducive to the assembly of distributed decision-making information in the the equipment preferred process under the actual marine environment has a strong application prospects .
