Abstract


Customer relationship management ( Customer Relationship Management ) , Chinese and foreign scholars in theory has made ??a lot of brilliant expositions and research , at the same time , Western entrepreneurs also created many practical cases , but for most banks in China is concerned , CRM or a new marketing concept , CRM theory in the theoretical study of China's financial industry , in particular the practice has only just started, with the acceleration of the process of reform of China's financial industry , the modern corporate governance structure is getting more sophisticated , the market competition intensified , customer centric business philosophy has become the Li line of the financial industry . CRM management will appear for the financial industry to raise the overall standard of services , customer management capability and profitability of the business of the immense business opportunities . The purpose of this study is to CRM theoretical background system discussion and practice of foreign banks , the status of implementation of customer relationship management for domestic commercial banks , the analysis of the problems of China's commercial banks , especially through case analysis put forward on the domestic CRM system structure and implementation of the proposed commercial banks , commercial banks in China play a reference for the implementation of CRM .
