Abstract


Under the knowledge economy times, knowledge is changing the supply chain management as another element in supply chain following materiel, information and capital, and also becoming an important content in supply chain.The implementation of knowledge sharing in supply chain has been an effective way to improve the performance of whole supply chain.Knowledge sharing is the key point to enhance the learning and innovating capabilities, and also strategic measures to gain competitive advantages and core competitiveness. Thus, It is meaningful to achieving the knowledge sharing , improving the knowledge management capability, strengthening the innovation ability, and then improving the competitive ability of whole supply chain if the knowledge could be shared effectively in the supply chain.Firstly, based on the literature review of supply chain, supply chain management, knowledge sharing mechanism and knowledge transfer, this dissertation finds out the limitations of the previous research, and carries out a further research on knowledge sharing model, knowledge sharing mechanism and knowledge transfer in supply chain.Secondly, this paper presents four different knowledge sharing models, and then divides these four models into management participation and management nonparticipation according to whether the knowledge could be shared automatically. Then the knowledge sharing mechanism is modeled with the Principal-Agent Theory. Aiming at the limitation of the often used hypothesis, the expanded hypothesis is given here that the players’risk attitude could be risk neutral or risk adverse. Also, this part analyzes the impact to the knowledge sharing under different risk attitudes.Thirdly, this paper gives out a study about knowledge transfer subsequently the research of the knowledge sharing mechanism in supply chain. In this part, ontology is used to research the explicating of the implicit knowledge, which is divided into four stages: knowledge acquiring, knowledge storage, knowledge deduction and knowledge transmission. And knowledge transfer process is elaborated from knowledge transfer hierarchies and knowledge transfer stages. Finally, the last part of the dissertation analyzes the factors of the knowledge sharing from the characters of the knowledge, knowledge sharing subject and the knowledge sharing environment.
