Abstract


With the rapid growth of economic globalization, the rate of regional economic has been improved incessantly when we enter into 21 century. Human resources and capital are more and more assembled in the region which has a stronger capability of science and technology innovation. To establish regional innovation system is becoming a critical factor for regional cconomy to win the intcrnational competition and an important symbol of competitive edge. Whether a country has perfect innovation system will effect directly its economic development. Short of perfect Regional Innovation System, National Innovation System will be nothing else but air castle. To research and understand the regional innovation system not only has operation significance but also can help us to direct the regional innovation of technology. Therefore, the research of regional innovation system has operation significance.Guizhou region according to its own characteristics will be how these advantages into economic advantages, in a targeted manner with the implementation of regional innovation will further promote the coordinated development of regional economy, has always been an urgent need to solve the problems. This paper attempts to introduce regional innovation system theory, adopted from developed countries and regions at home and abroad Construction of the regional innovation system of practical experience,combined with the actual situation in the Guizhouern region, the proposal of building a Guizhou regional innovation system of the proposed measures with a view to enhancing its ability to innovate and achieve large-scale development by leaps and bounds.This thesis is based on specific facts of regional innovation system of Guizhou and use for reference the theory of regional innovation system. Aim at the factors of regional innovation system, the author analyse them roundly. The thesis is arranged as follows:Chapter One exordium, it expatiate the background, significance, intention and the specific facts of domestic and international. Chapter Two involves the theories on regional innovation system. It expounds the beginning of regional study, summarizes and comments the connotation, characteristics, structure and function of regional innovation system. Chapter Three includes the present situation and the analysis of regional innovation system of Guizhou. It analyzes the present situation of all factors and the problems still existing in Guizhou from two aspects which include basal factors and subjects factors of regional innovation system. Chapter Four involves constructing and perfecting regional innovation system of Guizhou. In this chapter, the author bring up not only the structure and the promble establishing regional innovation system of Guizhou but also the strategies of perfecting regional innovation system of Guizhou.
