Abstract

Today's world, economic globalization era has become a prominent feature of the development. More and more companies are choosing for multinational operations, optimize resource allocation of the global market and to participate in international competition and cooperation of the place. With the deepening of economic globalization, multinational business market gradually, SMEs will inevitably have to face the problem of transnational business. The face of economic globalization trends and meet the needs of their own development, and as an important part of China's economy SMEs, how to seize opportunities and meet new challenges in foreign multinational occupation of the domestic market, take the initiative to grow their own size, strength, gain the initiative in the international competition in order to win their further development, the development of SMEs in China's current priority, but also a very important and pressing issue. Globalizing SMEs off the road, and effective business strategy and government departments so that we have reason to support SMEs in China successfully launched multinational operations optimistic about the prospects. In this paper, transnational operations of SMEs in the development of practice-based, small and medium enterprises of foreign investment and transnational business of theoretical and practical issues were studied. Main contents are: The first chapter introduces the concept of SME definition and abroad on SMEs in transnational business theory. First introduced the theory of multinational operations abroad, traditional, namely: Stephen Hymer and Charles Kindleberger's monopoly advantage theory, Raymond Vernon established product life cycle theory, the British scholar and Carson asked Buckley internal theory, the British scholar Dunning's eclectic theory of international production. The third chapter focuses on analysis of conducting transnational operations of SMEs the advantages and problems and obstacles. First expounded the advantages of transnational operations of SMEs, mainly: national attention transnational operations of SMEs, to give policy to encourage and support; SMEs themselves dynamic, flexible operation mechanism, distinctive products, with \then analyzed the presence of SMEs in transnational operations disadvantages, are: backward production technology, product technology content is not high, operating tactics scientific management mechanism, lack of innovation and talent, financing difficulties, barriers to international trade. SMEs in the transnational business these disadvantages exist, largely restricting the participation of SMEs in international competition and to achieve international operations. Especially in the face of economic globalization, if not a good solution to these problems, SMEs in transnational business can not achieve real development and growth, it is difficult to gain a foothold in the international operations. Chapter transnational operations of SMEs in the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses based on the strengthening of transnational operations of SMEs made some countermeasures and suggestions. First, from the national level, the policy level analysis; Elaborating on the advanced experience of developed European countries on the basis of the existing, proposed China should establish a special government services management agencies, and actively create a multinational business environment of SMEs, the government should actively explore the crack SME financing problems for the development of SMEs in the legal aspects of providing security, government information exchange for SMEs to actively provide support. Then from the enterprise itself, for their own problems, propose to carry out transnational operations of SMEs, should strengthen their internal management, the implementation of modern management concepts and management system, specific measures are: to enhance the core of leadership and quality of their own for transnational business environment, multinational talent introduction and training, the formation of multinational management team, improve corporate reputation, crack the problem of financing, according to its own innovative strength and international environment of foreign investment, establish brand awareness; concludes with companies in the business can not be that seek large, and fast, it should be implemented according to the market and their own strength transnational business strategy and operating principles.
