Abstract


With China’s opening , China and expanding enterprise strength increasing more and more domestic companies began to look into the global strategic development, searching for new overseas. In December 2004, lenovo announced mergers 8th IBM’s PC division, for a new round of internationalization strategy blew the trumpet. Based on the understanding of transnational m&a enterprise status and based on the theory of merger, through the investigation and research on the data of transnational m&a IBM PC lenovo group and in-depth analysis of the causes of transnational m&a lenovo, risk and synergy effect, and establish the model to examine whether reasonable pricing, IBM acquisition analysis to determine the key after the merger integration. Finally the meaning of transnational m&a, lenovo transnational merger cases of experience, so as to be able to view the comprehensive real transnational merger.
