Abstract


Small and medium sized high-tech enterprises Employee motivation is the study of how to really mobilize the intrinsic motivation of its employees, the enterprise management an important part of Western management science through the development of the last century, has accumulated a series of distinctive traditional theory of motivation. Since the society into the 21st century, the world is undergoing profound changes, and how to effectively motivate small and medium high-tech enterprise employees to contribute to the development of enterprises is the key to business success, and also the enterprises are facing major challenges. This is to address the issues of the study. Paper is divided into six sections: 1. Introduction; 2. Incentive concepts and theoretical overview; 3 small high-tech enterprise human resource characteristics 4.S Incentive status and problems; 5.S company incentive system design; 6. Conclusions. Framework are as follows: First, the introduction section describes the necessity of the research staff motivation strategies, and then briefly the importance of employee incentives combing research results at home and abroad were summarized, the article concludes that research ideas, methods and content. Secondly, the concept paper on the incentive system, the common mode and effects are described. Third, the papers were the definition of small and medium sized high-tech enterprises, small and medium high-tech enterprise human resource characteristics, knowledge workers motivating factor levels and other aspects are discussed. Fourth, the paper S Corporation status incentives are described. Pointed out that the S core staff incentives currently exist, namely: Employee incentive compensation is not strong; performance appraisal system for the core staff motivation enough support; human resource planning and training system pertinence; communication barriers and other four aspects , and the causes are analyzed, in order to optimize the company's core staff incentive system S foundation. Fifth, chapter 5 describes the core of the S corporation employee incentive program design. Papers from the need to analyze the departure of key employees, the company's core staff of the S demand characteristics were analyzed, summed material benefits, personal development, achievement recognized the extent of S's core staff main demand. Papers from the material and non-material presents two levels optimization Company S core staff incentives measures: material incentives, the proposed wages and improved job performance pay system, to take bonuses and dividends projects means; non-material incentives, highlighted the Core staff training, career planning and optimization measures to strengthen management communication incentives. Finally, in a brief combing various parts of thesis research findings, based on the text of the conclusions drawn, and proposed future research prospects, thus completing the S company's core staff incentives Optimization.
