Abstract


In this paper, the performance management of China Telecom mobile elements added Liuzhou Branch in full business channels and in collaboration . Thesis combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research approach , the for telecommunications channel integration of the entire business operations , from the channels of the division of labor , to maximize the benefits of synergistic angle , looking for effective performance management mode according to the channel characteristics , promote channels improve the ability and satisfaction , so as to jointly achieve long-term goals of the enterprise . This article explores how clear the channels and in collaboration the channel key links in the various aspects of the marketing responsibilities , a clear process of convergence , which found performance management solution channels synergy . Through this research can broaden ideas solve the telecom operators in the full-service competition in channel management problems , the telecommunications channel management can be an effective solution , in order to enhance the competitiveness of the telecom operators .
