Abstract

\Cactus polysaccharide extracted , its hypoglycemic function , cactus health beverage development applications were studied . Mainly : ( 1) using the hot water extraction method to extract cactus polysaccharide design of the four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment , by the R-value , the impact of the primary and secondary relationship cactus polysaccharide extracted four main factors : extraction temperature (C ) , extraction time (A), ethanol volume fraction ( D ) , the mass concentration (B), extract the optimal combination : time 2h, the mass concentration of 30.0 g / L, temperature 90 ℃, ethanol 75% . (2) the use of chemical injury alloxan injection, hypoglycemic cactus polysaccharide on mice . Through the establishment of a mouse model of diabetes , daily gavage, freedom of eating in different doses , were collected fasting blood glucose value after a week or two . The results show that the cactus polysaccharide can alleviate high blood sugar mice polydipsia , weight loss , eating more symptoms , has significant hypoglycemic effect . ( 3) \: composite color fixative (0.02g / L Na2SO3 0.6g / L VC), the blanching time 3min and color protection time of 0.5h; drinks optimum ratio for : cactus juice 15% , of 20% of the cucumber juice , white sugar 12 % ; in the area of quality control , the choice of a 0.1% Acid CMC-Na and 0.1% carrageenan mix works best .
