Abstract


ERP is based on a systematic management thinking and means of information technology as the basis for the decision to run means management platform for enterprise decision makers and staff . The coal enterprise applications ERP has its particularity, but inseparable from the ERP general guidance of the basic principles . ERP general principle is based on the most fundamental principle of coal enterprise ERP , only in accordance with the guidance of the principle of general ERP , at the same time reflect the special characteristics and application of coal enterprises ERP to correct the theories and methods of coal enterprises ERP system . Lot of information in the process of tracking implementation of ERP , summarized China's coal enterprises to implement ERP facing demand uncertainty , business restructuring difficulties , human bottleneck false data , anticlimactic and cultural constraints six obstacles for these obstacles , from the selection , training , coordination and maintenance of four levels corresponding countermeasures . On this basis , the paper from the corporate strategy , training , workflow , and maintenance point of view to put forward the countermeasures of China's coal enterprises to implement ERP system and the case studies provide some reference for coal enterprises to implement ERP .
