Abstract


With the trend of economic globalization continuously strengthen; urbanization is inevitable trend for modernization of economy. The 17th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party makes quickening urbanization progress as the important mission, the process of china’s urbanization goes into the rapid development period. The constructed land is the base for urban construction and development. Adjustment of industrial structure, population gathering and foundation facilities construction are madden into realities through reallocation of land resources, its utilization level has close relation with economy, society and environment efficiency. Thus, it is very important to study concentrated land utilization in urban which will transform present condition of construction-using land and promote continuous development and utilization in urban.Connotation of constructed land concentrated utilization, present trend in our country and abroad are studied in this paper. Combining with relative theories, on the basis of factual survey, and setting Gansu province as an example, connotation, present condition, the relation of the urbanization and the intensive utilization of constructed land, the intensive utilization potential and countermeasures are studied in theory and practice, and relative problem occurred in intensive utilization are studies as well.There are six chapters involved in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction to discuss the background and significance of the research, the trend of this topic in our country and abroad are reviewed and the study framework are proposed in this chapter. In the second chapter, the conception of urbanization and intensive utilization of constructed land is introduced, and a systematic analysis of the driving force in the intensive utilization of constructed land is conducted. Chapter 3 introduces the current situation of the urbanization and the intensive utilization of constructed land in Gansu province, and using a quantitative method to validate the relationship. The result shows that the urbanization level of Gansu province and construction of land-use structure not only showed the high relevance, and the intensive land use was also a high correlation. In the next chapter the potential of the constructed land intensive utilization is assessed macroscopically by a quantitative evaluation model, the potential of intensive land use in Gansu Province was regional differences, and the intensive use of land for building did not reach the optimal use of the intensive use of the state, are relatively intensive use, have more great potential for mining. In the last chapter, some policy suggestions are proposed to improve the intensive utilization of constructed land in Gansu province in the future.
