Abstract


The circular economy is the latest product of the human exploration of the road of sustainable development, under the guidance of sustainable development thinking, the concept of the \development mode transition to a new type of low extraction, high utilization, low emissions \Recycling economy has become a trend for the developed countries competing with, and it is also the inevitable choice for China's economic development.
