Abstract


Due to population transfer and upgrading of the industrial structure , urbanization will inevitably lead to urban expansion and urban structural adjustment caused by urban expansion , this is inextricably linked with the land , peri-urban land as an essential part of the urban construction , has an impact on urbanization one of the main factors . Only attach importance to urbanization, ignoring rational land use will result in a waste of resources and environmental degradation , land as a non-renewable scarce resources , we must establish land intensive use based on in order to protect and promote the process of urbanization , and promote social and economic development . Therefore, peri-urban land use to go intensive road , in the use of the process to achieve the coordinated development of urban construction , economic development and ecological environment . Peri-urban land intensive use by various ways and measures to achieve efficient urban land intensive utilization and optimization of the rational allocation of limited urban land resources to meet the needs of social and economic development and human settlements to improve the quality of the living environment requirements , urban land use to achieve sustainable economic and social sustainable and ecologically sustainable in the best condition to promote sustainable urban development and sustainable use of the realization of the regional land .
