Abstract


Beginning in the 1980s , electronic information , bio- technology , the rapid development of high and new technology , and the emergence of a large number of high-tech enterprises relying on the market . Compared to the high-tech enterprises in the traditional enterprise , has a \Due to the importance and special nature of the high - tech industry , its enterprise value has become the hotspot of academic discussion . Therefore , based on the high-tech enterprise 's own characteristics and its particularity valuation analysis of influencing factors of the value of high-tech enterprises , enterprise value corresponding evaluation index system , valuation methods to explore high-tech enterprises is particularly important . In this paper, the theory of enterprise value basis , in accordance with the characteristics of the high-tech enterprises , a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of the value of the high-tech enterprises . On this basis , the index system to build a comprehensive assessment of the value of high-tech enterprises . To maximize enterprise value for the target , reflecting the characteristics of the formation of the high-tech enterprise value , affect the financial value and the value of non-financial factors combine to reflect the respective value of influencing factors on the value of the high-tech enterprises . The use of the index system , this paper established a comprehensive network analysis model (ANP) - based high-tech enterprise value assessment model . Screened 27 electronic industry, high-tech listed companies , the use of integrated assessment models to evaluate the samples of the company's enterprise value . And to assess the results of the comparative analysis . The results show that : the assessment of the results of the ANP model based on the value of high-tech enterprise integrated assessment models to establish a strong scientific objectivity and reliability . Finally , thinking of the empirical analysis , pointed out the limitations of the study and future research directions for the implementation of value-based management , high-tech enterprises to explore new high-tech enterprise valuation method provides the basis of the empirical analysis .
