Abstract


KPI is the direction which can keep the employees in line with company’s targets, A efficient and rational KPI system is the precondition of making the company’s direction and targets clear ,measurable , achievable, as well as maximizing utilization of resources and efficient operation .This article is focus on Bostik how to set up logistics and supply chain performance management system, how to determine KPI of each departments. And the significance of the establishing of KPI on company’s overall objectives realization and operation performance. how to determine the target value of each indicators, to collect and accumulate the historical data, to evaluate every indicators efficiently and impersonally. to determine what kinds of actions should be take on abnormal performance indicators. And how to link the performance indicators with employee performance and revenues policy was introduced and discussed in this article too.The difference between the content of this thesis and the other logistics and supply chain management thesis is that this thesis is based on forehead theory (such as the SCOR Model, BSC balanced scorecard evaluation system, etc.), combined with China’s national conditions, legal requirements (such as the processing trade Bonded management policies), focuses to introduce the guiding significance of logistics performance management system in the company’s actual operations, and how to use some software, such as Access, Excel and other tools of inquiry, PivotTable, macro and VBA etc, to figure out the relevant KPI results automatically, and then improve it, not focus on the theoretical aspects, but rather concerned about the significance of the establishment and implementation process of indicator system, which is one good guide for specific logistics managementThe logistics performance management system with the majority of KPI presented here has been applied and promoted in Bostik for many years, and it has contributed significantly for our company’s rapid growth program. I hope that we can make much effort to improve this system and advance the performance management operation. and then make it as logistics performance management operation model for own further career development.
