Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of China's aerospace science and technology technology . By contrast , for the space activities Theoretical study legislation and judicial practice has developed slowly . The lack of legislation severely hampered by the space powers to Chinese aerospace power forward pace . Countries in the world competing resource development and use of outer space , the competition is becoming increasingly fierce .
