Abstract


Logistics engineering is a very important part in the field of industry. It can be used in the planning, designing, controlling and managing of logistics system in producing and manufacturing industry as well as in the allocation of materials, the selection of construction project location, the planning and management of business system, and so on. In recent years, logistics engineering and equipment planning have developed quickly in our country, and the importance of logistics system has been gradually noticed. What’s more, more and more enterprises have regarded the improvement of logistics system as significant ways to improve efficiency and lower the costs.The present paper attempts to solve the problems of waste and low efficiency in production by means of improving the logistics system. The paper consists of five chapters. Chapter One introduces the background and meaning of the present paper. Chapter Two introduces the relevant theories. Chapter Three puts forward the question. Chapter Four deals with the process of improving its logistics system by using logistics management and concerns the process control after the improvement. Chapter Five, the last chapter, is conclusion and prospect.Although the present study is only a case study of improving the logistics system of enterprises and it is impossible to solve the various problems in production, it is helpful for the reduction of waste, improvement of efficiency and competition by using the logistics management to find out, analyze and solve problems.
