Abstract


As the economy continues to develop and progress in science and technology among enterprises has been reviewed by a simple product quality and performance in terms of competition shifts including quality , delivery, cost and other aspects of the competition. Inventory control as an important indicator of the cost impact , but also more and more importance in enterprises . From the enormous pressure of external environment , as well as the uncertainty of the market demand increased, require companies to minimize their own inventory to respond to changing market demands. IR ( Wuxi ) factory since its inception in 1997 , the domestic business to maintain rapid growth , while exports to Asia-Pacific business is growth. But at the same time supporting business development , has felt a growing pressure on the stock , which had affected the plant's business expansion , capital operations, as well as the sustainable development of the factory . In this regard, this paper plant specific situation, the IR ( Wuxi ) factory inventory control inventory management research. Paper introduces the IR ( Wuxi ) plant in the background and inventory management situation , analyze the existing stock structure and that the factory inventory management problem is most prominent procurement unity . Then apply the inventory control methods, combined with the theory of mathematical statistics made ??the original purchase of imported kits mode to classify procurement. The basic idea of ??this model is to refine imported parts kit and domestic procurement procurement plan , part of the procurement cycle length by giving additional reasonable inventory of parts to the whole package relatively shorter procurement lead times. Finally, the paper presents an improved future inventory purchases goals and directions , such as increasing the scope and localization using vendor-managed inventory (VMI) strategy . And cited the implementation of the specific implementation process and expected results.
