Abstract


Since the 1990s , the traditional management mode can not effectively respond to the changing environment , emphasizing the win-win cooperation , systematic and integrated supply chain management has become a trend . How to make decentralized decision-making enterprises to effectively cooperate to achieve the efficient operation of the supply chain as a whole to become a hot research field of supply chain management . Supply chain contract as a coordinating mechanism , benefit-sharing and risk-sharing between the members of the supply chain to improve the operational performance of the entire supply chain , but also a wide range of research and application . More and more to the characteristics of the perishable product . Perishable product is different from general merchandise , usually long production cycle, short sales cycle , fluctuations in demand , manufacturers and vendors at greater risk , supply chain coordination more difficult . Therefore , the study contract to coordinate the supply chain has important practical significance for the enterprise supply chain management . Specifically, this study composed of two supply chain coordination problems by manufacturers and retailers , supply chain systems research for end demand by the retail price and inventory display dual factors and showed the characteristics of volatility . In this article, the first model of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making analysis and comparison ; centralized decision-making and as a standard for supply chain coordination , launched a contract is a contract for the supply chain system design and optimization analysis . The authors found that : repo contract or revenue sharing contract can not make the supply chain coordination , but show their own characteristics ; combined contract by a combination of both at the same time still can not make the supply chain system to achieve synergies . This paper presents studies have shown that the combined contract Earn supply chain coordination , and gives the optimal contract parameter settings in the supply chain coordination based on revenue sharing and rebate and penalty strategy combined contract . Finally , by numerical calculation , the author analyzes the impact of the relevant parameters of the individual and overall supply chain .
