Abstract


The capital structure of financial theory in a very important and complex issues , and is also one of the most controversial ancient and popular topics in the financial field . The capital structure of the decision problem is not only a financial decision-making problems , it is a corporate governance issue , Therefore , this paper studies the relationship of the characteristics of the shareholding structure and debt structure from the point of view of corporate governance , not only the internal governance of listed companies on the capital market development is of great practical significance . This paper analyzes the level of the problem of the \The sample of the study from the Shanghai Stock Exchange listed company , its ultimate controlling shareholder is a natural person that is the actual control . This paper first examines the characteristics of the shareholding structure of the pyramid \agency problems between small and medium-sized shareholders . Thus established on the basis of these two features , the analysis of capital structure , focused on from the point of view of corporate governance , combined with the impact of the legal environment factors on the ultimate controlling shareholder , the choice of capital structure illustrates the shareholding structure of the \that is related to the level of its shareholding structure characteristics of the asset-liability ratio . The empirical findings show that : listed companies under the equity structure of the \who are positively correlated with capital structure ; Finally, the relevant recommendations and discussion of research trends .
