Abstract


Many applications the special requirements of the high-temperature , high- strength polymer materials . In order to improve the high temperature performance of the polyester polymer materials , the subject design containing a saturated six - membered ring structure of the epoxy cyclohexane instead of the diol and maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride to obtain a high temperature type unsaturated polycarboxylic esters. Is based on the size of the degree of reaction of the cyclohexanediol and the degree of reaction of the maleic anhydride , epoxy cyclohexane and benzoic acid , and explore epoxycyclohexane instead of the diol and maleic anhydride , phthalic anhydride reaction . the feasibility of determining the factors affecting the degree of reaction . Orthogonal experimental design of the influencing factors , and the experimental results of range analysis , to determine the optimal reaction conditions , and by infrared spectroscopy , nuclear magnetic resonance analysis to determine the polymer structure , as well as the determination of gel permeation chromatography molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polymer . Changing feedstock unsaturated anhydride with unsaturated anhydride molar ratio of the synthesis of a series of unsaturated polyester resin . The synthesis of a series of unsaturated polyester resin the pure cured , and by thermal gravimetric analysis , differential scanning calorimetry analysis the measured resistant index and the glass transition temperature of the pure cured ; series unsaturated polyester coating formulation , the hardness of the film was measured in the spray deposition of the PC board , and boiled before and after the adhesion . The results show : epoxycyclohexane with maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride , cyclohexanediol Synthesis of unsaturated polyester polyether block of the unsaturated polyester , the molecular weight of about 1200 , the molecular weight distribution of 1.2 . Optimum reaction conditions is: cyclohexanediol with phthalic anhydride , maleic anhydride , reaction temperature of 120 ° C ; epoxycyclohexane reaction temperature is 100 ° C ; cyclohexanediol phthaloyl anhydride, maleic anhydride , the reaction time was 1.5h; epoxycyclohexane after the dropwise addition , the reaction time of 3h ; epoxycyclohexane dropping time 2h ??; amount of catalyst is 0.25 % of the total mass . Synthesis of unsaturated polyester pure curing temperature resistance than heat- phthalate market type unsaturated polyester resin Yabang 198 good imported products DSM954 and spray from the paint film with good adhesion to the PC board and high temperature and humidity performance .
