Abstract


Black Start refers to the entire system outage due to failure , do not rely on the help of other networks , through the system with self- starting capability of the unit start-up, driven by non-self- starting capability of the unit , the progressive realization of the power system restoration . However, with the local power plant Foshan gradually shut down the grid , will be faced with the embarrassment of losing power black-start situation, the premise of this background , we study how the automatic splitting to form a small island grid , and as black as the island grid Turn on the power while the automatic device and relay protection coordination issues were discussed. Aims to explore the level of tone from the ground grid against large-scale failures Foshan ability to improve the grid under extreme operating mode speed of recovery , and to develop effective measures to ensure the smooth implementation of this process .
