Abstract

Folding camping shell housing structure is a kind of complex shape, made from lightweight materials to build housing structure , the surface pressure distribution and wind shape coefficient determination is key to the design . The relevant provisions of the current specification does not , nor did a similar study for reference. The traditional method of study is to determine the surface through a wind tunnel test pressure coefficients , wind tunnel tests , however costly , difficult to simulate the actual wind tunnel wind profile, and the reduced scale of the model makes it difficult to achieve similar Reynolds number . Numerical simulation study as a surface pressure coefficient A new method , its low cost, high computational efficiency , has been widely used and in-depth research . This article based on atmospheric boundary layer theory and basic principles of fluid dynamics , Fluent based computing platform , based on the characteristics of folded shell surface pressure build up its three-dimensional numerical simulation model . Comprehensive, in-depth discussion of the numerical wind tunnel wind profile , turbulence model, computational mesh mode , the grid number of parameters such as the size of the computational domain selection and judgment convergence standards, determine a reasonable argument. On this basis , for different wind speed, wind angle folding shell surface air pressure to simulate , to be its equivalent in average surface pressure coefficient distribution and structural shape coefficient , by contrast with the structural analysis of wind tunnel test results , consistent with relatively good . Verify the numerical simulation method used to calculate the structure of the surface pressure and the shape coefficient is feasible. While the atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel created virtual horizontal homogeneity testing , indicating that the selected parameters and boundary conditions essential to make a self- maintaining virtual wind tunnel balance. The surface of the pressure that the surface pressure distribution characteristics of the mechanism analysis to determine the structure of wind-resistant design is not conducive to regional and wind angle . Through different wind speed, wind angle structure shape coefficient comparing numerical simulation and wind tunnel test to determine the wind speed, wind angle on the structural shape coefficient of impact .
