Abstract

The rapid development of mountainous highway, which greatly improve the overall technological level of China's highway network, optimized transport structure, to ease the transportation \but the ensuing Highway Traffic Safety has also become a serious social problem. Complex mountainous highway terrain, low linear indicators, and bridge, tunnel, a larger proportion of thus running speed changing, traffic safety. In addition, due to the difference of the mountain climate, leading to discontinuous vehicle operating conditions, the driver easily lead to driving out of control due to lack of judgment. The study found that the speeding of the vehicle is one of the important causes of road traffic accidents, road accidents caused by speeding, not only in a considerable proportion of the total number of accidents, and more for major accidents. Therefore very necessary to ensure traffic safety based on the characteristics of the mountainous highway, the reasonable control of speed, set the speed limit signs. But how reasonable speed limit for the highway, in particular the characteristics of the mountainous highway, a reasonable set speed limit signs, a balanced transportation efficiency and traffic safety, to maximize the overall efficiency, become the focus of attention and placed in traffic engineering researchers come to terms with the situation. Firstly discussed the need to study the background from the current development of China's highway traffic safety situation and China's highway speed limits in these three areas, and briefly discusses the purpose and significance of the thesis, a detailed overview of domestic and foreign Research in this regard, based on the framework and methodology of this study. Based on the importance of speed limits, a detailed analysis commonly used in highway speed limit and speed limit method is characterized by its setup requirements. Secondly, start from the driver's traffic physiological, psychological characteristics, a comprehensive analysis of the driver in driving the process of physical, psychological laws and characteristics, the application of modern cognitive psychology theory, the theory of ergonomics, the driver limit speed under the conditions of driving behavior. And are based on the expectations and needs of the driver, the use of SP survey were collected by the attitude of the driver set on mountain highway speed limit signs, demand and response, investigation and analysis the degree of preference of the driver of the speed limit signs, and the minibus driver on behalf of and for statistical cross-analysis, the expectations and preferences of the driver to set the value of mountain highway speed limit and speed limit signs, provide a useful reference for the the domestic mountain highway speed limit signs settings. Finally, the paper presents a set of principles and ideas of the mountain highway speed limit signs, and the characteristics of mountain highway to the Western Han Dynasty high-speed, for example, by analyzing the drivers of the speed limit value expectations and set the desired speed limit signs Logit regression model is proposed based on the driver's desired mountainous highway reasonable speed limit program, including the determination of the speed limit value, set the speed limit signs and ancillary facilities in three aspects.
