Abstract


Basing on the practical task, the paper’s purpose is to help the company complete the issue independently and solve the problem in the product designing, such as:(1)The domestic design of this product mostly locates in the stage of imitating similar products from abroad.(2)The product so far focuses on the factors of production without considering the user’s specific demand which can’t satisfy the requirement comprehensively.(3)The reel part can’t regulate the diameter of the pipe which causes one machine can just produce one type of the pipe. The paper put forward a newly method of systems analysis and design—conceptual designing method.Metal spiral corrugated pipe, especially stainless steel corrugated pipe, with the excellent performance of free expansion and bending, clean appearance, fireproofing, rotproofness, good seal ability and easy installation,which can be widely used in household electric appliances, ships, engineering machinery and central air-conditioning equipment, is a new widely used product replacing the plastic hose and galvanized vent pipe. So, the metal spiral corrugated pipe’s design for domestic using has become a problem. The designing of spiral corrugated pipe has two processes, pressing molding and bite roll round, in order to complete the two basic requirements, this paper presents some feasible design concept, compares several feasible scheme, obtain the optimal scheme. The whole design using design software such as Auto CAD and pro-e to form 3D model, adopting pro-e for motion simulation, obtain the optimal scheme through constantly analysis and adjustment, so as to achieve the enterprise ’s design requirements.
