Abstract


Contemporary society develops rapidly, with the continuous creation of the computer technique, communication technique and electronic technique; the new techniques have changed our life and work habits in a large part. Personally, modern electronic business has changed our habits of shopping, more and more people are used to shopping online, the merchants meet the delivery requirements by expressage and many other ways. When we amplified to enterprise behavior, logistics came into our view. Having good logistics system plays a vital role to the enterprise management and cost control level. Logistics processes involved in many equipment, the warehouse and storage of main business enterprise is concerned, weighing goods day in and day out at the warehouse is the most key link. Accurate and reliable weighing can not only improve enterprise’s business capability and business performance, but also reach the aim of controlling the costs. So a reliable and stable load meter system appears very important.This paper introduces the implementation background and purpose of the load meter project first. Then it mainly talks the overall structure of the load meter system software, set out how to establish the model and the key technology in detail. On the basic frame and class library of the Microsoft.NET platform, we combine many kinds of excellent development ideas and technology, build a distributed basic framework for the load meter system. The basic framework borrowed ideas from the thought of SOA, make every model of the system subassembly and uncouplly.Each module operates each other by well-defined interfaces and contracts.By researching, analyzing, designing and implementing a new load meter software system , this paper designed and implemented the load meter function comprehensively from purchasing in the storage, sales out of the storage, weighting again, weighting daily, redeploying in the storage, purchasing and material returns, sales returns and many other links. At the same time we collocate login, permission and many function to ensure the data security, provide accurate form. It contains interface, database design and function design in this paper. The new load meter system will improve the level of the company management and cost control in effect.
