Abstract


Project Management System of Science and Technology on Web is designed for the application system of science and technology projects used by Division of Science and Technology Statistics of Guangxi Provincial Water Resources Bureau. There used to be two primary ways in store and processing for documents to realize the administration of S/T projects in various prefectures, cities and government departments, paper document or manual data entry, which was inefficient. For the clerks in Division of Science and Technology Statistics, it was too complicated in each link of approval procedures and project progress in urgent, which tend to cause the loss or delay in some cases. And for people who declare for real-time polling, it was unfulfilled due to the whole private process and the limitation of time and place in project appling and approval.This thesis mainly includes modules as follow: project appling, project approval, contract management, progress report, conclusive report, achievement, etc. which aims at resolving the above existing questions, accelerating the scientific and standardization, and distributing data, so as to speed up the translation of scientific and technological advances into practical productive forces with the intention to update S/T management and decision systems in Division of Science and Technology Statistics of Guangxi Provincial Water Resources Bureau.This thesis discusses the technology of designing and constructing web application service from Project Management System of Science and Technology on Web. Based on comparing several kinds of frames, B/S model and its advantages are analyzed. According to the actual needs of the information users and network environment, B/S model is system alternative. The technologies of web database accession are also analyzed and compared, of which ASP.NET excels in its succinct design, flexible language and complex object-oriented support. ASP.NET platform in the system is considered as a new technology distributed computing on Internet, which is a database access technology with strong functions and easy applicability, as of ADO.NET etc. which is a database access technology adopted to connect various kinds of database which can help us edit .NET procedure and program from metadata.On basis of general designing rules of the combination of practicability with economic, advance with maturity, and the principles of opening, security and privacy, this thesis explains how to design and implement Project Management System of Science and Technology on Web adopted by the three Layer System Structure Web Browser, Web Server and Web Database, which consists of platform design, overall design, data design and data access technology, design and application in business layer and expression layer and system security design.The unique features on safety and printing complex report have been incorporated in the system, such as encryption connections to improve the security of the user password, encryption algorithms written originally, realization of the output of complex report by adopting middleware of SOAOffice of Beijing Kehan Software Inc.
