Abstract


The computer and network technology application and development, offers a variety of efficient technology methods for the enterprise managing production. One of the most important technology is introduced, information of enterprises management plays an important role in improving their own competitiveness and promoting development, so it is improving and developing, from MIS to MRP, MRPⅡ, ERP, CIMS, its purpose is to make full use of automation technology, manufacturing technology and information technology, and to use computer and software, and it will integrate other function systems which affect production into a complete production management system, so as to improve the enterprise production scale and benefit. Therefore, the development of enterprise information management system becomes an inevitable choice for the enterprise efficiently processing operation information and has practical significance to improve the enterprise benefit and business performance. This paper, based on the demand of enterprise information management, designs and realizes the enterprise production management system.This system design content includes: (1) inventory management subsystem: complete enterprise raw material and product inventory, outbound and their inventory dynamic information maintenance; (2) production management subsystem: facing the production, design production planning, improve the technology and manage production process; (3) resource management subsystem: protect enterprise resources and browse resource usage circumstance; (4) quality management subsystem: supervise the production process, formulate tests of product quality and trace reasons of affecting quality; (5) business analysis subsystem: complete enterprise performance inquires ,according to performance, formulate production plan ,and browse production progress; (6) basic management subsystem: maintaining enterprise’s foundation data;The system adopts B/S structure and the three layers of Visual Studio development platform, use asp.net technology, c # and SQL Server 2005 database to complete the design and development system, including asp.net is a program structure, based on the common language, with other programs on the advantages of architecture, not in a Web Server build a powerful Web applications. At present, the development of system according to the Shanghai GES Information Technology Co. LTD,and the system has officially online operation, good condition operation.
