Abstract


Lanzhou petrochemical company is China National Petrolem Corporation refining ERP system construction of the first pilot units, is also the first successful monorail project units online. Early in the project construction, project according to the operation of the ERP system design rules of the ERP blueprint, which shows the system business process. But the ERP blueprint in actual use exist in the following problem: pay attention to the data flow, and business process, can explain the data flow, can’t understand the specific to the business realization way and operation method; There are important process link, jobs and process information, such as things code form, to the detriment of operation; lack of content Can’t reflect related to the risk of and control measures, part design and internal control requirements, can’t ensure internal control execution mutually exclusive, the effectiveness of internal control and risk prevention point cannot fully reflected in the blueprint. So in the ERP system embedded effective independent development of online examination and approval system and will ERP blueprint and organic integration of business flow chart, the company itself not only conforms to the production and business operation management practice, and to meet the execution, and to the requirements of the internal control work, improve the efficiency of ERP system operation and effect. Through the ADOBE online examination and approval system for the development of the perfect the function of ERP, this article elaborated the online examination and approval system in Lanzhou petrochemical ERP project implementation in the demand, development, test and operation process of the approach.
