Abstract


Because of the rapid development of information technology, statistical analysis of the past can fit the needs no longer, data mining became. In past 30 years, the Sichuan Radio and TV University has become a modern open distance education University,who widely using satellite TV network, Internet and Telecom what three major networks.to develop Srtvu system made up of one provincial, 19 municipal, State-level, 3 industries, 110 counties (districts, cities)-grade TV University Station and several teaching points.Institutions covered all areas of the province. To make school senior and functional management to better grasp the situation at all levels of schools, TV, data mining techniques developed based on information acquisition and analysis system of colleges and universities. The system will allow the county to use the Internet TV can input the relevant information, the relevant functional departments of the provincial school system through the query information, statistics and analysis.The issue with the colleges and universities information acquisition and analysis system construction, system design and development were studied. In the discussion of the status information acquisition and analysis system based on the study, outlined the theoretical basis of the system development and ideas, and database design, functional design of the module, the system environment and related technology for in-depth study.In this paper, association rule mining algorithm detailed analysis of the situation on the county level TV excavation analysis to identify county-level TV situation and the association between enrollment and the results were analyzed, for our school and the relevant functional departments to develop high-level strategic planning and provide the basis for management control.
