The thesis according to the status of domestic talent recruitment and traits of Jiaozuo coal’s recruitment, puts forward the general objectives to the system, and adopts prototype system to capture requirements. With a use case driven approach , this article establishes use models for system’s functional requirements, and focuses on analyzing recruitment flow management and resume import management in order to obtain system’s requirements and design guidelines.The system uses ASP.NET2.0+IIS technology,and the database is SQL Server2005,with the deployment running on windows XP system.The system uses the administrator management,and the system functions should include the administrator of the company’s organizational structure,staff,wages,labor contracts,recruitment,compensation and other information management,with the achievement of the relevant data entry,modification,query,delete and other related functions.System Interface is easy to use.In a standardized basis,it should to consider the aesthetics and innovative interface.The thesis is based on needs analysis,designed the sub-system programs,and database programs.Paper proposed the hardware and software conditions of system and made a description of the realization process including the units management,stuff information management,wage management,contract management,recruitment management with the form of flow charts.The system enables the automation of human resources management.And it provides an accurate,precise,rapid changing in personnel information for decision—makers.The application of this system not only improved the management of enterprises,optimized the enterprise’S human resources management,but also innovate the enterprise’S management philosophy.What’S more,it improves comprehensively operating efficiency and management level within the enterprise,and enhances the enterprise’s core competence.The overall test of the system show that,the system function reach the target,It has been online and run well.
