At present, China law experts is in the lack of systematic research on the integration of coal resources, particularly in the lack of legal issues involved in a comprehensive and in-depth analysis. There are few precedents on Integration of coal resources in foreign countries and it is difficult to obtain relevant research information and scholarly works.Nevertheless, I still do my best to gather the information and participate the practical work in various aspects related to the integration of coal resources.And I try to find the legal issues in my own opinion.The paper can be divided into three parts including introduction, body and conclusion. And the body is divided into five parts:The first part is the proposed object of this paper and research perspective.The second part is the overall analysis of the integration of coal resources.The third part reveals the integration of coal resources in the legal issues and makes the dominant selection in detail from several aspects. The fourth part discusses the coordination between the industrial policy and the law of market economy. The fifth part gives the propose and recommendations to the integration of coal resources.Methods:In this article, the author integrates the use of economic analysis, specification analysis, comparative analysis, value analysis, historical analysis, and gives the study on the integration of coal resources and legal issues comprehensively and supports the solutions and basic ideas to this problem so to contribute his modest means to the orderly development of the market economy and building the rule of law.
