Abstract


For a long time, agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been the decision of China to build a well-off society and modernization of key issues. There is no solid foundation of agriculture and agricultural accumulation and support, there can be no national self-reliance and industry; no rural stability and overall progress, there can be no stability in the whole society and overall development; not well-off farmers, they there can be no prosperity and well-being of people across the country.
