Abstract


Professional education in higher education is different from other education is an essential feature . The professional college personnel training, scientific research and social services , the basic unit is the heart of all of the colleges and universities , professional teaching quality directly affects the level of university personnel training specifications and quality of personnel training . Therefore, a professional teaching quality assessment - that is , professional assessment is a necessary means to protect the quality of higher education , to establish a system of colleges and universities of professional judgment theory, methods and indicators system for the protection of the overall quality of higher education play a very important basic role . Any quality of university teaching will be faced with three different interest groups, governments, academia and market considerations . China's current level of university teaching evaluation only when the government-led assessment of the level of teaching input \\the cultured social adaptability , respect for the needs of the community . At present , China 's professional assessment is still in the Fameng stage , the theoretical system of professional evaluation index system , practical experience and institution building there is a serious shortage . We urgently need to learn from the experience of other countries , professional assessment system built on the basis of respect for the history of our country 's national conditions of China 's colleges and universities . On the basis of the theoretical concept of professional evaluation of China organizational system and quota system , the paper Hunan Institute of Technology as a case analysis of the application - oriented institutions for professional assessment of ways to learn .
