Abstract

Employment problem and solve it is particularly urgent. But the main factors affecting the employment and competitiveness of college students is what? Relationship between personal basic conditions of employment planning awareness, job readiness and employment competitiveness? Although these issues are relatively simple, but difficult to find strong evidence in the current data related research is also very little. Around college students personal basic conditions of the study, awareness of career planning, job readiness relations between competitiveness and employment, and attempting to provide systematic research for this series of problems, the development of employment policies for our government, Colleges and Universities Employment Guidance, Graduate Employment competitiveness self-improvement to provide some scientific basis. This study on the basis of the literature review of 237 open-ended questionnaire, designed the questionnaire, with 330 samples test and revised the questionnaire, and the preparation of a formal questionnaire conducted a survey of 1500 college graduates, won the first-hand data, and use SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 data analysis, the use of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance, multiple linear regression, structural equation modeling and other research methods, trying on the employment of university students planning The system of awareness, job readiness, employability and competitiveness of the structure, characteristics, and their relationship, including a total of five studies: the employment of university students planning awareness; study of college students' employment preparation; Graduate Employment competitiveness; college students personal The basic conditions of employment planning awareness, preparation for employment relations and employment competitiveness studies; consciousness based on the employment of university students to enhance the competitiveness of employment planning, job readiness measures. After empirical research, combined with some of the interviews, this study obtained the following main conclusions: (1) the contents of the open-ended questionnaire analysis, reliability testing, confirmatory factor analysis, employment of university students planning consists of three dimensions, namely: employment planning target awareness, awareness of the means of employment planning, employment planning, value consciousness; college students come to different groups by analysis of variance exists a significant difference in the employment planning awareness. Specifically, overall, college students basic personal conditions, employment planning awareness, employability in the job readiness preparation, student leaders, job operational readiness, academic performance, school level, education, employment planning objectives consciousness, awareness of the means of employment planning. competitiveness in the job market have a significant impact, the explanatory power of 30.9%.
