Abstract


Since silicone material not only has good high temperature resistance, low temperature properties, but also has excellent resistance to ozone, weathering resistance performance, more and more people are familiar with. Many silicone special synthetic materials, like oil, silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicone products, as well as the silicone coupling agent has become the domain of new and high technology, national defence industry and national economy indispensable key materials. Silicone coating is a silicone modified polymer or polymer as main film forming agent and preparation of coating, this coating has excellent heat and cold resistance, electric insulation, radiation resistance, moisture resistance, but also has water repellency, weather resistance, stain resistance and chemical corrosion resistance and other excellent properties, in recent years silicone product performance improvement and silicone coating applications has rapidder development.In this paper, in order to methyl trimethoxysilane, methyl two methoxy silane, ethyl silicate as the main raw material for silicone film-forming agent, and through adding nano silica sol and the corresponding auxiliary to preparation with different functional transparent silicone coating, and its performance characterization and testing.In the silicone insulation coating preparation, using Shimadzu 3101UV ultraviolet visible near infrared spectrophotometer to the study of nanometer ATO solution dosage on coating transparent performance, using self-made heat insulation device of nanometer ATO solution dosage on coating insulation performance, at the same time on the ratio of silicone the influence of coating properties. In organic silicon wear resistant hard coating preparation, this paper studies the ethyl silicate hydrolyzing process, the preparation of SiO2 sol, and the use of JM-V type abrasion tester (according to GB/T1768-1979) of different silicones ratio and nanometer SiO2 sol and other additives dosage on the wear resistance of the coatings performance; using portable pencil hardness (according to GB/T6739-1996) of different silicone and nanometer SiO2 sol ratio on the hardness of the coating; coating storage performance according to GB/T6753.3-1986 to test; coating adhesion performance by the scribe to determination of coating; curing process by FTIR spectroscopy, FTIR characterization.Research shows that, this paper obtained the silicone coating compared with the results of previous studies, more excellent performance, can meet in the production and life need, very practical.
