The plant hormone is naturally occurring in plants , the role of small molecules on the growth and development of plants . However , due to its content in plants is minimal, and the nature of the instability , therefore , research high sensitivity, simple and practical plant hormones new method for determination of plant hormones and agricultural production is of great significance . This article built from two plant hormones sensor using an electrochemical sensor , as follows: 1, according to the indole-3 - acetic acid (IAA) and indole acetic acid oxidase (IAAO) oxidation reduction reaction caused by the principles of the changes in current , constructed IAA electrochemical sensor. This study investigated the optimal conditions for constructing the working electrode , including pH value , of the work of the bottom liquid the the IAAO incubation temperature and the IAAO adsorption time . The resulting optimal conditions : pH5.8 PBS, The enzyme optimal incubation temperature of 30 ° C , enzyme adsorption time of 60 min . Next, constructed under optimal conditions, the enzyme sensor was measured for a series of different concentrations of IAA standard liquid . The results showed that the linear range of the sensor 10μg · mL-1mg · mL-1, the detection limit of 1μg · mL-1. 2, according to the principle of electrode impedance changes caused abscisic acid (ABA) and ABA antibody binding reaction , build an immune sensor measurement ABA. In the test, build electrode optimal conditions : ABA antibody optimum pH value of pH 7.4 , the optimum concentration of ABA antibody 0.3μg · mL -1 , the ABA Antibodies temperature Sterile optimum temperature of 35 ° C. ABA antibody incubation time of 60min. Then build the immune sensor under optimized conditions , the determination of a series of different concentrations of ABA standard solution . The results showed that the sensor is a linear relationship between l 0ng · mL-1-5000ng · mL-1 range , the lower limit of detection of 1ng · mL - 1 .
