Abstract

Deepening medical and health system, a new model for the development of information technology medical services, public health disease throughout management is the inevitable trend of development of China's health care reform. With the development of medical and health services, hospital information requirements are increasing, the traditional hospital information system can no longer meet the needs of the development of China's health care reform, and electronic medical records as the medical information of the original data, this transformation is important a ring, electronic medical records system as the core of the hospital information system is an important research topic. Our current use of electronic medical records in most hospitals as a fast writing medical records, hospital information sharing means to do just the time and writing format standardized management and did not play the powerful features of electronic medical records. Development and application of more foreign the development of electronic medical records, electronic medical records in China started late, the overall level of application is still in its infancy. Electronic medical records system to strengthen monitoring of hospital quality, reduce medical errors, improve the quality of medical services; innovative social new care delivery model to improve the level of universal health care and health is an indispensable basic link.
