Abstract


With the development of network technology and use of J2EE platform, multi-layered Web architecture is gradually became the mainstream of Web application development after being developed and improved. J2EE contains a number of multi-tier software technology applications; it proposed using four-layer structure to achieve modular Web application development. Struts is a framework based on J2EE platform and implement the MVC design pattern, it contains three parts:view logic and control. It provides reusable software architecture and fully reducing the burden of building a multi-layer Web Application.Firstly, this paper introduces the purpose, significance and development of the status at home and abroad about the study subjects; secondly, it describes the J2EE platform and the MVC pattern, as well as the relative knowledge of Struts framework, shows the core technology of the J2EE platform and the Struts framework, analyzes the mechanism of Struts-to-MVC implementation, the Struts workflow and the core components of Struts.Later, it analysis and designs the Web application projects of a specific smart card automatic data processing system. then describes the functions of each module and implementation processes in detail, and uses the Struts framework to do the specific module coding.Finally, it describes some of the technological innovation in the implementation process of system, Summed up the experience during development and prospects for the development potential of the system.
