The mobile communication system using error correction code to improve the reliability of message transmission . Shannon theorem has been proposed , the number of channel coding have been proposed , such as the Hamming codes , convolutional codes , RS codes, etc. . While C.Berrou et al 1993 Turbo code decoding performance is almost close to the theoretical limit of Shannon , had a profound impact on the field of channel coding . Turbo codes in recent years , not only as a 3G (third generation mobile communication) , the channel coding scheme , is also adopted by LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology used for error correction antijamming . Turbo Iterative decoding complexity , resulting in larger delay , there are certain restrictions in the use of mobile communication . Turbo codes have been committed to improving the performance and reducing latency , which is the main research direction . This article detailed study of the structure of the encoding and decoding of Turbo codes , algorithm design parameters ( component codes , the number of iterations , coding rate ) on its properties ; 3G Turbo Codes and analysis of the distance spectrum , improve in 3G 3GPP (The 3th Genaration Partnership Project) interleaver performance in low signal-to-noise ratio conditions ; detailed analysis of the structure of Turbo code decoding LTE in parallel , decoding structure , no conflict interleaver decoding algorithm , one of a kind commonly used conflict-free interleaver improvements ; Turbo code encoder using VHDL language . The main innovation of this paper is as follows : the 3G in Turbo codes 3GPP interleaver improvements in basic does not change the the original interleaver design steps , improved streamlined program structure interleaver , and through short frame populated way to achieve a long interleave length , improve short frame transmission error performance in low SNR . ② the LTE in the parallel decoding of Turbo code is analyzed, its key part - no conflict interleaver studied and improved . S-random rule for a common ranks S random interleaver without conflict , the adjacent data within each sub-decoder increases the distance interleaved . Comparative simulation with ranks S random interleaver , this improvement programs to improve the parallelism of the problem of low - weight code words of the Turbo code , reduce the error rate of the decoded .
