Abstract


IOS system is the development of Motorola, Inc. , is used to optimize the network optimization system for mobile communications network . In the Motorola Company has a long history , is a very mature software system . The IOS system structure is divided into two modules : Loader module and Analysis Module Loader module main function is to create a database to analyze the IOS data of legitimacy , and its legitimacy data storage ; Analysis is responsible for analyzing the data in the database mainly analysis, the data in the database to delete the neighboring cell data unreasonable to resolve the unknown neighbor cell , adding a reasonable amount of the adjacent cell , and the data cell frequency planning , and can give delete, add , frequency the planning suggestions statements and analysis reports . In order to meet the needs of the development of mobile communication network technology , Motorola to upgrade the IOS system , above the original foundation supports 2G network upgrade to support 3G network , IOS system modifications , resulting in the IOS system upgrade the process needs to be done a lot of testing . The object of this thesis is a for IOS system upgrade testing . Firstly IOS subject 's background and thesis structure and function of the entire IOS project of conduct introduced , testing requirements , test design are discussed use case design , test environment , and conduct a test implementation and test results analysis .
