Abstract


The car travelling comfort and operation stability is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of car. With the development of social economic, people pursue better quality of the car travelling and operation stability. On the basis of establishing semi-active suspension mathematical model, this dissertation designs semi-active suspension fuzzy control system to improve the car travelling and ride comfort.Vertical vibration of vehicle body is a main factor that it affects car travelling and ride comfort. In order to analyse vertical vibration of vehicle body which impacts on passengers, the suspension total model is simplified to two-degree of freedom model of quarter car. Discusses and analyses the performance indicators which affect the car travelling and ride comfort. The performance indicators include vehicle body acceleration, suspension dynamic travel, dynamic load of car wheel. Simulation draws displacement curve of pavement input on A、B、C three pavements.Mathematical models based on passive suspension and semi-active suspension of quarter car are established. Then simulation obtains the curve of vehicle body acceleration and suspension dynamic travel and dynamic load of wheel on three pavements. Compare their differences in different pavement incentive and damper coefficient, the result shows change damper coefficient can reduce vertical vibration of vehicle.According to generized and summarized fuzzy control rules, the fuzzy controller with two fuzzy input variables which are acceleration deviation of vehicle body and the rate of change of acceleration deviation respectively are designed. On the basis of the fuzzy controller, simulation model of semi-active suspension fuzzy control system is established, then make the system simulate.Analyse the results of simulation based on fuzzy control system, the results shows fuzzy control ,as an intelligent control, applied to semi-active suspension whose performance of damping surpasses passive suspension’s can effectively reduce car’s vertical vibration, further improve car travelling and ride comfort.?
